Worxpace PRO has completed another custom build: a spacious and durable light truck body for the Iveco Daily 70C21 (4100 mm wheelbase). The project was designed to meet the Rescue Board’s needs and is intended for intensive daily use, ensuring maximum functionality and safety.

Main Structure of the Bodywork

The small truck body is lightweight yet strong:

• Chassis frame: steel profiles, sandblasted + 2K truck paint
• Rear frame: stainless steel
• Walls and roof: 25 mm EPS sandwich panels, UV-resistant fiberglass on both sides
• Floor: 18 mm moisture-resistant plywood, sealed and pressure-wash resistant
• Internal dimensions: 4500 × 2200 × 2100 mm. The body is vinyl-wrapped in the Rescue Board colors.

Doors and Access

• Rear hatch with gas springs, opens 90° upwards
• Two side doors, each 800 × 1900 mm, stainless recessed locks with magnetic hold
• Retractable step under each side door

Lighting and Electrical Solutions

• Inside the body structure: two full-length LED strips installed at the top edges of the body
• Work lights above the side doors and the rear hatch
• Additional remote-controlled LED bar – separately switchable
• 1000 W inverter
• Proper exterior lighting (LED)
• Alarm systems

Mountings and Practical Solutions

• Two rows of load securing rails on all interior walls (700 mm and 1400 mm high)
• Floor: 2 × 5 recessed anchor points
• 250 mm high aluminum protective plate along the bottom of interior walls
• Two plastic toolboxes under the sides (lockable), equipped with load straps (10 sets, min. capacity 2000 kg)
• Mudguards, underrun protection, 50 mm tow hitch
• Roof spoiler installed, spoiler and rear hatch painted in Rescue Board colors

Tail Lift – Dhollandia

• Aluminum platform: 2200 × 1800 mm
• Lifting capacity: 1000 kg
• Control: external buttons, internal control panel with spiral cable, radio remote control (2 controllers)
• Roll-off stops + marker lights
• 3-piece underrun protection

The vehicle is equipped with an alarm system, radio communication, and accessories required for Rescue Board operations.
