About the project
We designed and built a fully equipped twin-axle enclosed trailer tailored for motorsport and demanding professional use. The result is a durable, highly functional mobile workspace built for efficiency.
Inside dimensions of the trailer: Length 5500 mm. Width 2100 mm. Height 2000 mm.
The chassis is built as a self-supporting sandwich structure with a 6° rear angle, ensuring a low loading angle and easy access.
The trailer is equipped with two Knott-braked torsion axles (2 x 1350 kg), providing stability and smooth towing under load.
Walls and roof are constructed from sandwich panels with UV-resistant fiberglass coating. The structure is bonded with anodized aluminum profiles — no rivets used.
