Worxpace PRO completed an exclusive low racing trailer, our most technically advanced racing trailer to this day.

About the Project

This low racing trailer is the most exclusive and technically advanced racing trailer that Worxpace PRO has built to this day.

Info

Inside dimensions of the trailer: Length 5500 mm, width 2150 mm, height 1950 mm. Carrying capacity: 3500 kg.

The base of the trailer is made as a self-supporting sandwich element.

The trailer can be tilted with an electric linear actuator to facilitate entry.

The tailgate opens down and is used as a loading ramp. The mass of the tailgate is balanced with gas springs.

The sides and ceiling of the trailer are also made of a sandwich element, layered with reinforced glass plastic.

Locks, hinges, back body and other external parts are stainless steel.

The floor of the trailer and the tailgate are completely covered with a 2 mm ribbed aluminum sheet.

In the center of the floor, there is a recess with dimensions of 1280 x 2000 mm, reaching the axle beams.

The recess is covered with a two-part removable hatch.

The trailer has two side doors and two side hatches.

The trailer has two BPW rubber torsion axles with brakes, each of which has a load capacity of 1800 kg.

Alloy wheels are located on the side of the trailer. The mudguards are partially hidden inside the box.

The trailer has LED exterior lights. There are two reversing lights at the top of the tailgate. Two LED strips are installed for interior lighting and the interior lighting turns on when the doors are opened.

Two rows of aircraft rails are installed along the entire length of both sides of the floor. One row of rails is located on the walls at a height of 750 mm. In front, we installed rails in a vertical position to attach shelves.

The trailer has as accessories:

  • 2 kW Ebersprächer air heater, for which we placed a fuel tank in an aluminum box on the front axles
  • a winch with a pulling force of 2495 kg, which attaches to a stainless frame and allows for lateral shifting
  • a tilter with a lock on the front drawbars and which tilts using gas springs or a screw mechanism.

Radio control of electrical equipment (lighting, winch, tilting, etc.) is carried out from a 6-channel remote control.
