Rotator’s focus brand is the top quality Japanese equipment manufacturers – Hitachi. The MB Sprinter service truck is used by Rotator Estonia to service heavy machinery – Hitachi excavators, wheel loaders, and dump trucks.

Insulated body, covered with waterproof plywood

The body of the service truck is insulated with a 20 mm thick insulation board and it keeps the crew warm in winter and cool in summer. The walls, ceiling, and floor, as well as the wheel arches, are covered with waterproof plywood. There is an additional step below the back door to facilitate entry, and the back of the floor is covered with an aluminum knurling sheet. The ceiling has a hatch that can be opened to improve lighting and ventilation.

Two LED strips are installed on the ceiling for interior lighting of the cargo space. The switch is located at the side door and at the rear of the cargo area. For outdoor lighting, LED spotlights are above the side and rear doors. There are 220V AC and 12 V DC electrical installations with protection devices.

Equipped with an oil change system

The service truck is equipped with: 3 new oil pumps with the pneumatic drive; air hose reel 3/8 inch 15 m; retractable electrical cable reel 16 + 2 m; 3 clean oil hose-reels, open 1/2 inch 10 m.

The truck is fitted with an intelligent inverter (700 W), generator (2,5 kW), and an Ebersprächer diesel powered air heater. There is an additional battery with a disconnect relay in the driver’s cab under the seat, and the truck also has a reversing camera.

Convenient and spacious service area

Inside the box, there is a worktop and Aluca aluminum shelving systems for smaller tools and accessories. A perforated steel sheet is mounted on the side and front walls of the cargo area for convenient attachment of various accessories. In addition, there are load belts on the sides for securing barrels and accessories.
