About the project
The sales vehicle for the dairy products company DeLaval.
Inside dimensions of the truck: Inside dimensions of the truck: Length 5440mm; Width 2480mm; Height 2200mm.
Base frame, floor – Made of steel profile, sandblasted and coated with 2-K truck paint.
Walls, ceiling – 30mm sandwich panel, covered with fiberglass on both sides.
Floor – Self-supporting floor element (insulation 50 mm polystyrene foam). The inner surface is waterproof plywood, glass cloth and covered with polyurethane resin. The surfaces of the walkways are rough.
Doors – Rear double doors open 270 degrees. Stainless steel lock.
Side door opening measuring 2000 x 800 mm. The lock can be opened and closed on both sides. The door extends down from the vehicle to cover the stairwell.

Rear frame – made of stainless steel profile.
Outer edging of anodized (weatherproof) aluminum profile, glued.
Lights – Interior lighting of the vehicle 5m LED light strip. Switch at the side door. Outside LED lights meet official requirements.
Load securing – A load securing bar is installed on the inner walls. Recessed load loops 2 x 6 pcs on the floor.
